  Please if you are reading this as a staff member look at where you can improve your store. Considering it is on a very busy part of the town with lots of travellers passing thru.

  Waited a long time in a short queue in drive through, had to repeat my order several times before it was entered correctly, one meal was supplied without chips and the chips that we did get were cold as was the cheese burger. The place was a mess and needed a clean. Perhaps we were there on a busy day, however, if you have a choice Ararat would be the better option for your hit of Maccy D's.

  Wraps ordered were ok and delivered in reasonable time but this is a dirty and untidy place with tables not cleaned and rubbish bin inside overflowing. The men's toilet was dirty, no rubbish bin provided so used paper towel on the floor and the urinal clogged with paper towel. Pretty disgusting. Owners should be ashamed

  Can't even salt my fries, let alone clean their floor or make a coffee that doesn't taste like piss. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Disgusting.

  We won't be back anytime soon. There was also a meal on the counter from the time we arrived and at no stage did any staff member seem to think maybe someone had missed their order.

  The orders are always wrong. I had raw chicken and raw mince once or twice. I would. It go there again, but thought at least the coffee will be OK? Nope. Not even the coffee was good

  Lots of young employees with no gudance from the older staff members. The store both inside and out was very unclean. Overall the experience was not good at all.
